The State Literacy Mission Authority, Rajasthan ensures the effective implementation of programmes, for which comprehensive training programmes are organised for master trainers. To make it more efficient, an annual calendar is prepared by the CECs. Effective training and orientation programmes are executed for 'Preraks', to make them more competent and self-sufficient. Academic as well as technical support of State Resource Centre and Jan Sikshan Sansthan is ensured in training programmes.
Various innovative orientation courses are organised at Officers' Training Centre in Jaipur that are regularly attended by state and district level officers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
First external
evaluation (EE) has been completed in 26 districts. The results of the first EE of CEP have been quite positive.
The evaluation agencies
were nominated by NLMA and the weightage for first EE was determined in the ratio of 60:40, for personnel infrastructure component and quality of delivery of programme respectively.
Second External Evaluation has been completed in Ajmer district. The weightage for this Evaluation was determined in the ratio of 70:30 for component & quality of delivery of programme and personel
infrastructure respectively. In fourteen districts the first
Internal Evaluation has been completed.
