With a concept to prepare a learned society, Quality-of-Life Improvement Programme is equipped with essential knowledge, values and skills to enable Continuing Education Programmes to be more functional in society. With a concept to prepare a learned society CECs serve as an awareness medium. Information regarding the various schemes being run by Agriculture, Co-operative, Irrigation, Social Welfare, ICDS and Medical & Health Department are provided at the CECs.

Remarkable progress is envisaged under Nirmal Gram Project with enthusiastic efforts of 'Preraks' in nine districts of state Ajmer, Bikaner, Dungarpur, Bundi, Rajasmand, Chittorgarh, Jaipur, Sikar, Alwar and Churu.

An excellent convergence is being maintained by running various health activities of the Medical & Health Department through CECs, viz. immunization, pulse polio, prevention of blindness, distribution of tablets of TB and Malaria, etc.
